Watson Park Phase II Repairs

The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, all work shown and listed in this RFP. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as contemplated by the documents, which are a part of this bid package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment, supplies, permits, and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the repairs listed. Watson Park Phase II Repairs Complete all items in Scope of Work with in-kind, like-for-like fit, finish, and original function and obtain Certificate of Occupancy, returning facility to its pre-disaster state. Work must meet all current building codes and standards. Contractor to test each repair included in this bid and verify system is functional or inform County of all additional related items needing repair or replacement. Acquire all necessary permits, including any fees as a part of the bid. Contractor shall properly dispose of debris. Scope of Work Baseball Equipment: „h Remove and replace one (1) each of Sport-able Scoreboards baseball scoreboards, 6 FT long x 8 FT high. „h Remove and replace one (1) each of outdoor batting cage, 70 FT long x 8 FT wide x 10 FT high. Dog Park - Large Breeds: „h Remove and replace one (1) each of galvanized steel sun shelter, 8 FT long x 9 FT wide. Park Concessions: „h Remove and replace one (1) each wooden kitchen cabinets, 30 FT long x 24 FT wide x 4 FT high. „h Remove and replace one (1) each of Kenmore electric range, 30 Amp.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
