| Description | The work includes the full replacement of all HVAC for the original building portion of Camelot Elementary School. The existing built-in dual duct air handler serving dual duct mixing boxes shall be replaced with rooftop gas pack type air conditioners. The existing gas-fired boilers shall remain. The existing air cooled chiller shall be removed and turned over to the Owner. All existing ductwork, piping, and pneumatic controls shall be removed. New DDC controls shall be provided. All existing ceilings shall be removed and new ceilings provided throughout the original building, for the mechanical demolition to occur. New LED light fixtures shall be provided in the new ceilings. Supporting electrical, architectural, and structural work will also be included. |
