Chilled Water Lines and Pump Replacement Luther Luckett Correctional Complex

The work included in the remainder of this section consists of furnishing labor, instruments, and tools required in testing, adjusting and balancing the HVAC systems, as described in these specifications or shown on accompanying drawings. Services shall include checking equipment performance, taking the specified measurements, and recording and reporting the results. This work shall be performed by the TAB Agency under direct contract to the owner. The remainder herein is also for the information of the Contractor and all subcontractors. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing chilled water piping and pumps with new. The existing valves are to be reinstalled. New undergrade piping is to be installed. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE SITE VISIT. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
