Recreation Dept Concession Building HVAC

The HVAC design for the new building will include two new HVAC Systems as detailed below serving the main building and the scorekeeper booths, Exhaust fans for the restrooms per the attached plans, and a Kitchen Exhaust Hood with associated exhaust fans and make-up air per the attached plans. The contractor is to provide all associated materials to include, but not limited to, equipment, equipment supports and hangers, ductwork, registers, grilles, fans, roof caps and curbs to match the pitched roof, condensate drain system routed to meet current codes (coordinate discharge location with owner), controls and control wiring, labor, rigging, crane costs (if required), etc. to provide a complete, functioning, and integrated system for this facility. Factory Commissioning is required for all VRF HVAC systems.
