Grand Vue Park Aquatic Center

This consists of a new heated pool with a single body of water of approximately 7,500 SF, 246,000 gallons in volume. It features a family pool, a 25-yard lap pool, diving area, rock climbing area, basketball area, a water-walk, a body slide tower and a concrete pool deck area with walking paths. This replaces the existing pool which has been demolished. Work will include demolition of the existing concrete plaza adjacent to the existing pool club and bath house which is not part of the project. Other associated work includes demolition of existing retaining wall, construction of a new retaining wall, renovation of and an addition to the existing pool equipment building, and further construction as described in the Contract Documents.
