Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (RLFMP) Building Security Project 2022

Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park ("RLFMP") Building Security Project 2022 will require the review of existing documentation, architectural design and document preparation, including: review existing building plans; review Security Assessment Report; review of an existing security camera system upgrade design package that specifies camera types and quantities for 12 Channel Street building and 12 Drydock Avenue garage that integrates into BoNet but the package does not include architectural construction plans; update the design package to include architectural construction plans; assess the 12 Channel Street entrance way and existing doors to be fitted with card access readers; design a door access system for the 12 Channel Street building along with any necessary architectural improvements and integrate with the security camera system; produce M.G.L. 149 bid documents per agreed methods of design; provide bidding assistance and contract administration through the completion of the project, including construction close out documentation.
