Description

CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/9/2023 4:00 PM This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and work required to complete the paving work, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. The following are estimated quantities: 67,250 SY of Bituminous Single Seal Coat and 69,500 LF of 4-inch Line Painting (including double yellow & two white edge lines.) All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. Invitation, preparation, submittals, bidding requirements, all materials furnished, and all work performed shall conform to the current specifications of Form 408, current edition and specified bulletins. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
