| Description | The Johnston County Department of Public Utilities (JCPU) is seeking statements of qualifications from licensed utility contractors to perform on-call water and sewer line repair. A selection panel will review and evaluate the qualifications statements and select a one or more contractors for this contract. It is the policy of Johnston County to facilitate the establishment, preservation, and strengthening of small businesses and businesses owned by women and minorities by encouraging their participation in the County's procurement activities. The County has a 10% goal for minority business participation. |
