Tuscan Neighborhood Park - WCE901 - City of Elk Grove

The project will construct a neighborhood park, approximately 8.5 acres. Location: The project is located in Laguna Ridge, east of Bruceville Road, between Old Poppy Ridge Road and Bilby Road. As of August 2, 2022, this project is included in the City of Elk Grove's FY 2021-2026 CIP. Information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Per the city, The Cosumnes Community Services District is responsible for delivery of this project.
