Alexandria National Cemetery Maintenance Facility and Roads

This Project will Renovate Maintenance Facility & Roads at the National Cemetery Administration, Alexandria National Cemetery, 209 East Shamrock Street, Pineville, LA 71360-6553. The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel necessary and required to provide construction services to accomplish project number 825CM3013 Renovate Maintenance Facility & Roads in accordance with the Scope of Work, Drawing, Specifications applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize to short duration and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 7:00AM to 4:00PM. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procurement and will be conducted in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Bidders must be CVE verified prior to submitting a bid in accordance with VAAR 819-7003(B) and FAR Provision 52.204-7(a). All prospective bidders must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and have SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, and are verified/visible/certified in SBA site https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/, Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement. Magnitude of Construction is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,00 per FAR 36.204. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237990 and Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million.
