Contract No. 06623 New construction of an arterial roadway and bridge structure to include grading, gravel, railroad crossing structure, drainage, plant mix bituminous surfacing, guardrail, signing, pavement markings, and other improvements as part of the BBP - RR O'Pass project in Yellowstone County.
