Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to Alburtis Borough in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Install new storm sewer inlet. Install new curb and sidewalk driveway aprons. Installation of bituminous paving and milling in designated areas. Earthwork and landscape restoration. All quantities listed are approximate. All materials shall be PENNDOT approved. All work to be performed in accordance with Alburtis Borough and PENNDOT Specifications.
