Description | Project no: C000071136 For Franklin Street Multi-Modal Improvements Projects Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to Alburtis Borough in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The successful bidder shall provide a payment bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Alburtis Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Install new storm sewer inlet. Install new curb and sidewalk driveway aprons. Installation of bituminous paving and milling in designated areas. Earthwork and landscape restoration. All quantities listed are approximate. All materials shall be PENNDOT approved. All work to be performed in accordance with Alburtis Borough and PENNDOT Specifications.
