| Description | Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and Locust Street, the removal of the existing flashing signal, intersection widening, construction of curb and sidewalk, and the construction and removal of underground drainage and all necessary appurtenances. The new signal will include pedestrian facilities to meet current MUTCD and ADA standards. The traffic signal shall meet current MUTCD standards. The project also includes 2'' milling, 2'' resurfacing, roadway widening, and roadway construction. |
