The City of Arcata is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and environmental services necessary for the completion of the Sunset Avenue and L K Wood Boulevard Improvements Project. The City intends to enter an agreement with a qualified consulting firm to complete the PA&ED phase of the Project, with the option to later enter agreements to complete the remaining phases of the project. The City has been awarded funding for this Project through State Transportation Improvements Program (STIP), administered by Caltrans.
