Surfacing, grading, traffic control, drainage, bituminous surfacing and miscellaneous work at various locations along I-90 beginning at RM 29.31 between Sheridan and Buffalo. An electronic bid bond is preferred, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid. In lieu of the electronic bid bond, a cashier's check payable to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming in the amount of 10 percent of the bid is acceptable.
