Description

The Objective of the acquisition is to retain an AE/Engineering firm to design working drawings and specifications detailing the necessary work to relocate hallway and stairwell electrical fused panels to dedicated electrical room or a secure location; replacement of main feed and branch circuit aluminum wiring; replacement of fuse panels with circuit breaker panels. This design is to include site survey work to identify panels and wiring requiring replacement while field verifying new panel locations. All necessary wire re-sizing due to longer or shorter feeder runs will be accounted for. Panel sizing will be accounted for with assessment of power demand. Arc Flash analysis will be performed for all the new panels and all such labeling updated.
