Contract#: CSAPT00858 Federal# / IRIS Program#: N/A / CSAPT00858 The Engineer's Estimate is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 This state funded project includes all necessary construction services as required to replace the existing roof with a new EPDM roofing system at the WH107 warehouse building at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This project includes one (1) additive alternate for installation of a new roof access hatch. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract. All work shall be completed in N/A Calendar Days, or by August 15, 2024 A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
