The demolition will include the complete building structure including foundations and all lower-level slab. Once the complete structure has been removed all basements and low areas will be filled with compacted clean fill as noted on the drawings with finish seeding. The existing communication tower structure to the north of the facility is not part of the project demolition scope. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to check this website for any future amendments, questions, revisions, etc., prior to the opening date.
