High School (Mod Wing) Roof Repair and Re-Shingling Work

Repair work: High School (Mod Wing) Roof Repair & Re-shingling Work Remove shingles down to existing plywood then replace with approximately 72 square of architectural shingles carrying a minimum 25-year commercial warrantee on manufacture defects and installation issues. NOTE: It is bidder’s responsibility to measure to insure that they have enough shingles and underlayment to cover the complete roofing surface on the High School Mod addition. Warrantees cover all needed replacement materials including repair labor. B. Shingles to be installed with 6-nail application to provide a 130 mile per hour warrantee. C. Entire roof surfaces to have a rubber underlayment installed (ice & water shield). D. Includes drip edge and roof ridge vent. E. Includes removal and disposal of all debris. F. Bid is to include a separate unit price for removing a 4x8 ft. sheet of plywood, providing and installing a new sheet of 4x8 ft. x ½” CDX plywood (this is to be a time and material price).
