| Description | This is Step 1 of a 2-step ITB for the HB1408 Upgrade Fire Alarm Mass Notification Systems, Ph 3 & 4 project at Colorado School of Mines. This project will replace outdated fire alarm control panels and notification devices with modern components. Ph 3 and 4 cover the following six (6) campus buildings: Chauvenet Hall (CH); Green Center (GC); Guggenheim Hall (GH); Hill Hall (HH); Steinhauer Field House (FH); and Volk Gymnasium (GY). Contractors must demonstrate recent experience in the construction of projects of similar size and type in a campus environment. Step 2 of this soicitation will be announcement of pre-qualified electrical contractors, invitation to bid to all prequalified contractors and award of phase 3 and 4 of this project. The Colorado School of Mines requests submittals for prequalification of Electrical Contractors for Phase 3 and 4 of the Upgrade Fire Alarm Mass Notification System project. This project will replace outdated fire alarm control panels and notification devices with modern components. Phase 3 and 4 cover the following six campus buildings: Chauvenet Hall (CH), Green Center (GC), Guggenheim Hall (GH), Hill Hall (HH), Steinhauer Field House (FH), and Volk Gymnasium (GY). |
