Door Replacement Project

Contractors (“Contractor” or “Successful Contractor”), to provide all equipment and labor, to remove and replace doors at several of the City’s Wastewater Reclamation Facility (13900 Pembroke Road, Miramar Fl. 33027). A) Remove existing doors and related hardware materials listed on the Wastewater Door Replacement Sheet B) All doors shall be replaced in accordance with the Section 08110 of the original specifications, with the following exceptions: i) Exterior doors 16 gauge hot dipped galvanized and ii) Interior doors 18 gauge hot dipped galvanized C) All doors and frames shall meet the wind load provisions of the Florida Building Code (Latest Edition) D) All doors shall have a locking mechanism at the top of the doors, and panic hardware. E) All Exterior doors to be keyed locked F) All Exterior doors to have down rods (door stop) for doors to remain open. G) All doors to be primed and painted with a (DTM) paint specifically for metal doors (Color to be supplied by the City) H) All doors should have door closers I) All Exterior doors to be Fire Rated
