Replacement of Existing 1260 MBTU Natural Gas Steam Boiler

OPRHP is seeking to solicit quotes for the Replacement of the existing 1260 MBTU natural gas steam boiler in the Mansion at Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park, 250 Gibson Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424, Ontario County, New York. A contractor will be responsible for the replacement of the existing 1260 MBTU natural gas steam boiler per the drawings and specifications as follows: Shut down and removal of existing steam boiler and header piping New 4" thick concrete pad to allow new boiler to set on a level surface Clean and Inspect chimney. Provide and install a new HB Smith 9 section G19HE-S-9 series boiler or approved equal. Provide and install new, fully modulating, burner assembly Install new gas train with strainer for boiler. Provide and install new boiler header piping as per boiler manufactures installation manual. Include all gas, plumbing and electrical as needed to connect to new boiler. Startup boiler and boil out all oils and other debris from installation. Burner Start-Up and One-Year Service Insulate newly installed pipe systems. The work under this RFQ has been determined to be a public work pursuant to Article 8 (Construction) / 9 (Building Services in excess of $1,500) of the New York Labor Law which requires prevailing wages to be paid.
