2021 Laylin Park Pathway Improvements

This project consists of removal and replacement of walking paths in Laylin Park, located on E. Maple St., Mason, MI all within the City of Mason City Limits: Construction shall include: removal and disposal of existing bituminous pathways, excavation for proposed pathways, installation of aggregate base 22A totaling approximately 250 Cyds, installation of new 6’ wide bituminous pathways totaling approximately 190 tons, installation of 4” concrete side walk totaling approximately 940 Sft, erosion control measures, existing parking lot pavement markings, clean up and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
