| Description | Following are approximate major quantities for the work: Snow removal at various bus stops EA 1. The bidder shall submit the proposal as provided in the Request for Quotations, prepared by the city of Mankato. This project is subject to minimum wage rates, Equal Employment Opportunity, Certificates of Compliance for Public Contracts, Minnesota affirmative action requirements, and DBE minimum goal of Race/Gender Neutral. The City Council reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 45 days after the date of the bid opening. The City Council has the right to waive any informality in any bid, reject any or all bids, and award the contract in the best interests of the city. |
