Description

The City of Albany hereby requests proposals from qualified Historic Preservation Consultant to conduct an Intensive-level Historic Resources Survey (HRS) of the Albany Warehouse District. The purpose of the HRS is to document all historic buildings, structures, sites, and objects, in sufficient detail to evaluate resources as part of the City of Albany’s Citywide Historic Preservation Plan and future listing on the State and National Register of Historic Places. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
