Memorial Field Basketball and Pickleball / Tennis Courts

Bids will be awarded on October 25, 2022, at the regularly scheduled Select Board meeting which begins at 6:30 p.m. and takes place within the Select Board meeting room at the same address above (Berwick Town Hall). The Select Board may act upon the bids at that time, or alternately may take them under consideration for action at a subsequent meeting. The Town reserves the right to select or reject any and/or all bids or bid components as may be in its best interests. Questions regarding the enclosed specifications shall be directed to the same address and attention listed above, or alternately sent by emailed to townmanager@berwickmaine.org. All responses shall be furnished in writing and shared with any interested respondent of record at the time distributed. The Town of Berwick invites and requests bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a basketball court and pickleball/tennis court as more fully described in the specifications below. The term "invitation to bid" shall mean the complete assembly of related materials, whether attached or incorporated by reference, which is furnished to prospective bidders for the purpose of requesting sealed bids.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
