The work for the Clay Ridge Stromdrain Repair project consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 256 LF of size 24” RCP stormdrain pipe, and associated structures. The proposed construction site is located on or between private properties in The Oaks of Avent Acres neighborhood in Holly Springs, starting between the two residences of 204 and 208 Dutch Hill Road and going south from there to end between 104 Clay Ridge Way and 210 Bottle Neck Trail
