1.The grass should be mowed once a week during the growing season. All trash on the grounds and around the building should be removed. 2.All sidewalks and curbing should be edged to keep a clean appearance. 3.Any dirt or loose gravel on sidewalks or parking entrances must be removed. 4.Any trash or weeds in the parking lot will be removed each week. 5.Blow off all walkways, entrances, and curbing after mowing each week. 6.The shrubbery should be trimmed to keep a neat appearance and maintain the health of plants. (Approximately 2 times per year). 7.Clear weeds from fence-line. 8.Prepare and plant seasonal bedding plants in four areas designed for flowering plants. 9.Repair any damage to lawn by adding dirt, grass seed, or sod as needed. 10.Nature areas shall be maintained and cleaned as needed. 11.During winter months, blow off lot and clean grounds of trash, limbs and leaves, as requested. 12.All limbs/debris and trash should be removed off campus or put in the dumpster.
