Multi-Purpose Room Floor Replacement

Colorado Mountain College’s Glenwood Center Campus located at 1402 Blake Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide all labor and materials necessary for the completion of the removal and replacement of approximately 2,750 square feet of multi-purpose room flooring. Specification: 1. Contractor is responsible for confirming the amount of square feet. 2. 2 1/4" second grade maple MMFA stamped for use in public institutions 3. Bid to include all plywood, sleeper pads for floating sub-floor and any other materials necessary. 4. Demo existing basketball court due to water damage, prep sub-floor, set fans to dry any residual moisture 5. Install and staple down new sub-floor with floating application 6. Sand finish, apply 4 costs of commercial grade finish – sheet to be determined. 7. CMC desires to keep the removed existing flooring for repurposing. Please include whether or not this is possible and if there is a cost difference associated with CMC keeping the existing flooring.
