RFQ - D/B for the Terminal 5 Pier and Dredging at the Port of Davisville Within the Quonset Business Park

The Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) is seeking a qualified Design-Builder for the design and construction of the Terminal 5 Pier (the T5 Pier) at the Port of Davisville (the Port). The Design-Builder shall have experience designing and constructing new piers, including but not limited to furnishing and installing steel pipe piles, cast-in-place/pre-cast concrete bent caps, precast concrete planks, cast-in-place concrete topping slabs, steel grate decking, mooring & breasting dolphins, mooring hardware, fender systems, and electrical/lighting infrastructure for similar heavy-civil/marine projects. In addition, the Design-Builder shall have experience in dredging since dredging will be completed in conjunction with the proposed T5 Pier construction The respondent assumes responsibility for submissions submitted by mail or commercial delivery service. Facsimile and email submissions will not be accepted. SOQs misdirected to other State locations, or which are otherwise not present in the QDC offices at the time listed above for any cause will be determined to be late and will not be considered.
