| Description | Colorado Energy Office is seeking firm pricing on office furniture. Please refer to the Office Furniture List (Exhibit A). •Furniture must be manufactured by and interoperable with office furniture manufactured by Performance Furnishings “No Substitution” for any of the products listed in Exhibit A. Exact make/model must be quoted. •All equipment, products and parts must contain manufacturer warranties of a minimum 5-years. •All equipment and parts quoted by vendor must be new, unless otherwise specified. •Pricing must be FOB Destination. •Delivery, Assembly and Installation must be completed by March 21, 2020. •Delivery location is 1600 Broadway, Suite 1960, Denver, CO 80202 •Delivery must be after business hours (7am-6pm M-F), assembly and installation can be during the day. |
