Description

Plans call for the construction of 45 single-family homes. As of August 18, 2023, the City of Fayetteville Planning Commission voted to approve the project at the August 14, 2023 meeting. Proposals from invited general contractors will likely be in early 2024. A firm timeline has not been announced, however, construction could begin June 2024.
