| Description | Installation of those materials and the Commission-Furnished materials as indicated necessary to upgrade the subject station. The following is a brief structural description of the upgrades, geographic location, and an explanation of the basic Commission/Contractor responsibilities: The Butler Warner Generation Plant (BWGP) Breaker Change Out Project includes: 1. BWGP Construction: a. Install a Total of Eight (8) 69KV, 1,200-amp Breaker change-outs, including wiring to aluminum bus, interconnection cables between panel and yard equipment through conduit and fiber patch panel. b. Hook up to existing SEL 2411 breaker monitors, each with enclosure and stand c. Associated grounding system, fiber/wiring, and conduit 2. BWGP Substation Demolition: a. Remove a Total of Eight (8) existing 69KV, 1,200-amp Breakers and removing conductors to aluminum bus, Connectors, unused existing cables between panels and to yard equipment. |
