To perform construction activities at a single-story home located at 380 Race Street, Charleston, SC. A general description of the work scope includes selective demolition, house lifting, new foundation installation, construction of a new two-story addition, and rehabilitation construction of the original, freedman cottage style house (approximately 1000 square feet in size).
