Replacement of undersized water mains in the Sleepy Hollow (approx. 8,000 Lf on Lazy Lane) neighborhood. The existing mains are undersized and deteriorating and require weekly maintenance. This area is not in the City limits but is in the water service area. Design funds in 1st year, construction in 2nd year.
