| Description | The removal and replacement of approximately 53,215 square feet of existing BUR and roof insulation system with expired warranty and replace with new fully adhered single ply(TPO) roofing membrane system, insulation (Min. R-30), caulking, roof accessories and metal edge flashing. Remove and replace (8) existing prefabricated skylight curb systems and (1) double pitched skylight system at approximately 113 square feet. Provide new safety guardrails, roof hatches and ladders. Remove abandoned roof top equipment & curbs and infill roof slab. Reworking of existing curbs at existing roof hatches, mechanical roof tops and exhaust fans are included in the project scope. Repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. | ||
