Rodarte Mutual Domestic Consumers Association Owner P.O. Box 583, Peasco, New Mexico 87553 Address Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Rodarte MDWCA Water System Improvements Project will be received by Souder, Miller & Associates Attn: Jose Ortiz, PE Project Description: This project consists of the construction of approximately 6,150 linear feet (LF) of 4-inch PVC waterline, 3,760 LF of 3-inch PVC waterline, pressure reducing valve, isolation valves, and replacement of 47 residential water meters. The project also consists of a duplex booster pump station skid and associated appurtenances. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the website referenced above for notifications of changes and addenda related to this project. Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section 13-1-21 NMSA 1978 (as amended). Project Description: This project consists of the construction of approximately 6,170 linear feet (LF) of 4- inch PVC waterline, 3,700 LF of 3-inch PVC waterline, pressure reducing valve, isolation valves, and replacement of 47 residential water meters.
