Description Services shall include, but not limited to applying a three (3) inch layer of long needle pine straw and a two (2) inch layer of double ground dyed brown pine mulch, pickup of excess materials, bed edging and tuck, and traffic control. Hungryneck Boulevard including I-526 overpass and ramps Hungryneck Boulevard to Sweetgrass Parkway to Six-mile facility street trees and medians. Porcher Bluff Road Islands and roundabout including medians and street trees. Billy Swails Boulevard - medians and street trees IOP connector street trees Traffic Circle at Long Point Road (Needlerush Boulevard) Long Point Road street trees Coleman Boulevard pocket park Patriots Point and Coleman Boulevard pocket park Whipple Road street trees and medians including retention pond Rifle Range Road all traffic circles Mathis Ferry Road traffic circles.
