Description | The board of trustees for Lockwood School District #26 approved funding for the design and construction of an approximately 200 sf Pedestrian Passageway addition to the existing school building at the existing Eileen Johnson Middle School located in Billings, MT. The Board of Trustees of Lockwood School District #26 (the "District"), requires the services of a competent General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM), normally engaged in this profession and a duly registered Construction Contractor in the State of Montana, for GC/CM services as an alternative delivery process, specifically for the following Project: It is the District's desire to engage a qualified GC/CM firm to work with the school and the selected architectural firm for the performance of this project. The architects are currently completing the Construction Documents phase of design. The project is expected to be fully completed by Mid-August, 2023. The start of construction and phasing strategy will be determined through a collaboration with the selected GC/CM, Collaborative Design Architects, and the District. Responders must comply with the mandatory requirements provided within this request. Submissions that do not contain the respective required documentation will be deemed nonresponsive to the RFP process requirements and will be rejected on that basis. The District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions of RFP's deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory, inappropriate or incomplete. All Proposer submissions in their entirety will become the property of the District. The District is not responsible for paying costs associated with preparing a response to this solicitation. |
