Northeastern Technical College (NETC) - Dillon Campus - Office Renovation

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dillon, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 272-square-foot office development. Renovation of approximately 272 square feet of office space. The scope of work includes new frames and relocated door and hardware, carpet, paint, and related mechanical and electrical modifications. All procurement requirements are in effect to include the protest periods. Construction Cost Range: Max $20,000 OFFEROR agrees that the Date of Commencement of the Work shall be established in a Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Agency. Offeror agrees to substantially complete the Work within 60 Calendar Days from the Date of Commencement
