| Description | Locations: 1. Fire station 1 – 925 Chamberlain 2. Fire Station 3 – 1825 East Grauwyler Road 3. Fire Station 5 – 2925 West Shady Grove Road Cleaning includes air handling systems, return grills and ducts, supply and return plenums, fans, blower wheels, evaporator coils, filter frames, condensate drain pans and drains, and all supply ducts and registers. 1. Remove and clean all air grills and supply registers, 2. Replace damaged air grills/registers as necessary. 3. Clean all supply and return air duct work from each register to plenum. 4. Clean supply and return plenums. 5. Clean all blower motors and assemblies in place. 6. Clean evaporator coils in place. 7. Clean fresh air intake sections. 8. Clean air handler duct work. 9. Replace Filters. 10. Inform City staff of any damage to existing ductwork or associated components 11. Access cuts or any other alterations to equipment or premises will be repaired or returned to original condition upon completion of work 12. Apply anti-microbial treatment upon completion through all units. Sanitizing will be performed using an EPA approved sanitizer in accordance with the methods in which it was intended to be used. MSDS for sanitizer(s) must be provided to the City prior to start of work. | ||
