RFP Design Build- Services Pump Station No. 8 Improvements

Sealed proposals for progressive design-build services for the design and construction of Pump Station No. 8 Improvements Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be reviewed following the process described in the RFP. The selected design-builder will be awarded the project on or about July 24th. The project comprises the collaborative design and construction of improvements to said pump station, and will include new submersible pumps, controls, valve vault, remote telemetry system, wet well lid and hatch, and a new structure to support utilities. The delivery scope is for a completely functional pump station meeting all requirements and that adhere to the final design and budget. The target budget for the pump station improvements is $180,000 - $220,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
