| Description | Completely sand and refinish the Main Gymnasium at Kilmer Middle School. The contract shall include all related work as detailed in these specifications and provide a fully refinished hardwood gymnasium floor. The scope of work shall include the repair of approximately 100 sq. ft. of hardwood floor in designated damaged areas and to include the replacement of approximately 30 lin. ft. of cove base under the existing water fountain areas. Work shall include sanding the hardwood floor surface, flooring repairs where gymnasium equipment has been removed or relocated, layout and painting of new game lines where indicated, and complete hardwood floor refinishing. |
