Description

To remove existing dilapidated site amenities and install new playground equipment, resurface tennis court and convert into a basketball court, install an ADA Accessible walking path, and incidental site improvements. The project includes the installation of various site amenities, including a park shelter. Removal and reconstruction of the existing features will require soil erosion and sediment control measures that includes the installation of silt fence.The onsite improvements consist of the installation playground equipment, playground mulch, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, park benches, trash receptacles, concrete walking paths, a playground sign, park grill, park shelter, park table and other incidental improvements. Stormwater management improvements include the construction of a rain garden with underground piping.
