2022 Road Program

**As of August 11,2022, project was awarded toLong's Asphalt, Inc., awarded amount is $259,714.60.** A nominal fee will be assessed only to the bidder who is awarded a contract. For bidders who are not awarded contracts, there are absolutely no fees. The Project consists of the following on various roadways throughout the Township: Base Repair aEURcInstallation of an asphalt scratch coat and paving fabric Installation of wearing surface Miscellaneous preparation and finishing work Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. East Brandywine Township, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
