RV Campground Electrical Equipment - 2023

Approximate quantities include: 15- 30 Amp Duplex Electrical Pedestals 33 - 50 Amp Duplex Electrical Pedestals 5-50 Amp Simplex Electrical Pedestals 8 - Circuit Breaker Disconnects in Enclosures 16 - Ground Rods 4,000 feet of Quadplex #4/0 Aluminum Direct-bury 600V URD electrical wire; commonly known as Mobile Home Entrance Cable 315 feet of #6 copper ground wire MOSTA has waived the requirements for a Bid Bond on the contract. No Bid Bond is required. The SUPPLIER may request payments for materials delivered equivalent to 100% of the Contract value of the work by providing a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, said bonds to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the MOSTA and shall guarantee faithful performance of the Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained, and shall guarantee the prompt payment of all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the Midwest Old Settlers and Threshers Association of Mount Pleasant, Iowa from the claims and damages of any kind caused by the operation of the SUPPLIER. If a contract(s) is awarded by the MOSTA by October 13, 2023, the RV Campground Electrical Equipment - 2023 shall be fully completed on or before April 30, 2024; or an ALTERNATE Completion Date as proposed by the Bidder and accepted by the OWNER. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the MOSTA. The Bidder agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $100 which will be withheld from payments due for each consecutive calendar day after the Contract completion date that this supply contract is not fully completed. The MOSTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities
