Description | This open-ended, on-call, contract consists of hand mowing, trimming, and litter pickup of medians and roadways at various locations in the Hereford Shop Area Baltimore County. This open-ended, on-call, Contract consists of the hand mowing, trimming, and litter pick-up of medians and roadsides at various locations in the Hereford Shop Area in Baltimore County. The limits of this Contract work may extend to the other maintenance shops in this District, should extenuating circumstances dictate the need, as mutually agreed upon by both the Administration and the Contractor. All work on this contract must be performed by the contractor no work can be subcontracted out for this project. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes The sole point of contact for purposes of this IFB is the Procurement Officer Jim Flutka. The Procurement Officer may be contacted at telephone number 410-229-2364 between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. NOTE: The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring any information sent to the Procurement Officer has been received by the Procurement Officer. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this contract. Questions regarding this contract must be submitted to the procurement officer in writing at least three days prior to the bid opening. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. The duration / term of the contract is (36) months from the Notice to Proceed or when total payments reach accepted bid price, whichever comes first. |
