| Description | Provide all materials, equipment, and labor as necessary to install new playground equipment at Fayetteville Street Elementary. General Construction: 1. Provide project management for all aspects of project including site supervision, general coordination between any and all trades and safety management of all trades working on this project. 2. Apply and pay for all required permits from the appropriate agencies 3. Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to perform work. 4. Schedule and receive all necessary inspections for contracted. 5. Provide any dumpsters required for removal of debris from site. 6. Contractor is responsible for keeping the site clean and free of debris daily. Site should be left in the same or better condition than it was prior to commencement of this scope of work. Site definition includes the parking lot areas on site. 7. Contractor is responsible for location of all utilities required for the completion of the work, whether provided by ULOCO or private utility location contractor. 8. Contractor is responsible for containment of concrete, including all steps required to prevent concrete from traveling into utility tunnel. 9. Contractor is required to cover concrete with 6mil poly sheet and provide temporary fans for air movement during curing phase. | ||||||||
