Description

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for A-E design and engineering services for projects that involve significant base infrastructure and other civil design/engineering services with associated multi-discipline architect-engineering. The services may include but not limited to, preparation of technical reports, including engineering investigations and concept studies; project engineering documentation; construction cost estimates (including Bill of Material Quantity estimates); Request for Proposal (Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build) documents; operations and maintenance manuals; shop drawing reviews; and construction consultation. Planned projects include primarily, but are not limited to, Military Construction (MCON) projects involving new/repair/maintenance of facilities, site development/waterfront/airfield facilities, water treatment/distribution, drainage and sewage/solid waste/hazardous waste collection/treatment systems, landscaping, and environmental remediation. In addition, the execution and delivery of DD Form 1391 Document Preparation; Studies/Engineering Investigations; Post Construction Award Services (PCAS); Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Support Information (OMSI) for NAVFAC In-House prepared Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects.
