Description

To provide a professional architecture/engineering services related to completing a building evaluation at the former Bath House No. 2 located at 96 Fourth Avenue Albany, New York. The selected firm will be responsible for completing an inspection and evaluation of the existing building infrastructure associated with the former Bath House No. 2 located at 96 Fourth Avenue Albany, New York. The purpose of the inspection will be to identify deficiencies within the building infrastructure and identify work needed to be completed to bring this building into code compliance. In addition, the evaluation shall include developing alternatives for building reuse since it is not expected to continue to use the building as a bath house.
